Mechanical manufacturing and automatic chemistry was selected as a key discipline at the university level in 2010. (1) Research on control and reliability of equipment system

We are committed to the research on the reliability key technology of CNC equipment and CNC system in advanced manufacturing field. In cooperation with many domestic CNC machine tool factories, the key technical problems such as reliability evaluation, early failure test and selection of key components have been solved. The reliability of China's CNC machine tools has been increased by 2-2.5 times, forming a practical and high-tech research feature.

(2) Computer control and inspection technology in manufacturing process

It is committed to the research of micro machining system computer control and automatic monitoring technology, mainly micro hole drilling on-line monitoring technology and monitoring system. This paper mainly studies the fracture mechanism of micro drill bit, on-line monitoring technology of micro hole machining and online monitoring system based on virtual instrument.

(3) Manufacturing automation technology and equipment

Materials discipline was selected as the key discipline of the University in 2010, and the material surface bionic technology laboratory was selected as the provincial key cultivation laboratory in 2015. Research direction:

(1) Study on surface structure and properties of typical animals and plants

The relationship between microstructure and wettability, wear resistance and super load bearing capacity of biological surface was studied. Taking lotus leaf, water strider, water mosquito and other biological samples as prototype, the relationship between their micro geometric morphology and surface hydrophobicity, wear resistance and super large bearing mechanism was studied by means of scanning electron microscope and surface physical property analysis system.

(2) Research on wear resistance technology of metal materials

This paper mainly studies the wear resistance technology of metal materials with bionic non smooth surface. On the basis of the above research, the typical biological non smooth wear-resistant surface morphology analysis and parameter optimization are summarized, the laser processing technology and high-temperature wear-resistant technology of non smooth surface are studied, and the wear mechanism is analyzed, and the wear process is simulated by three-dimensional finite element method.

(2) Study on surface structure and properties of smart materials

The surface properties of smart materials are mainly studied. The micro structure and morphology parameters of the biological surface were optimized and "copied" on the metal surface, so that the wettability of the metal surface could be controlled intelligently. This academic direction is devoted to the research on the key technology and green evaluation system of CNC equipment and CNC system in advanced manufacturing field. We should actively explore the research on fault prediction technology of key subsystems of CNC equipment, and promote the reliability research technology of CNC equipment from the stage of analyzing the actual fault to the stage of pre fault diagnosis. Cooperate with major domestic CNC machine tool manufacturers to study key technologies such as fault pre diagnosis and green evaluation system of CNC machine tools to form practical and high-tech research features.

(2) Academic direction 2: mechanical bionic technology and engineering application

This academic direction focuses on the relationship between the natural biological coupling functional structure (such as surface morphology, micro nano structure, material coupling) and functional characteristics (such as wettability, non smooth wear resistance, super large bearing capacity and anti adhesion and desorption) to study the morphology optimization and coupling structure characteristics of natural biological surface; In this paper, the micro machining technology of natural biological surface morphology and its coupling structure is studied; This paper studies the metal functional surface with self-cleaning, wear-resistant, super load-bearing, anti freezing and adhesion properties, from model test, three-dimensional finite element numerical simulation to mechanical parts (such as gears, cams, rolls, etc.) and the engineering application of mechanical devices.

This academic direction is devoted to the research of micro machining system and its automatic monitoring technology. This paper focuses on the on-line monitoring technology and monitoring system of micro machining process. Through the cutting force, motor current and other signals as the monitoring object, the signal detection and automatic control system is constructed to realize the effective monitoring of the machining process.

(4) Academic direction 4: electromechanical hydraulic automatic control technology

This research direction studies the theory and application technology of advanced numerical control equipment, which integrates mechanics, electronics, information technology, computer technology and control technology. The main application of digital, automation, intelligent control, innovative design, information, networking and other technologies. The virtual new product development technology, digital modeling and simulation technology, virtual test analysis and performance test are used to improve the development efficiency and quality of new products, save funds and shorten the development cycle.
